Ingredients For *** mom's spagetti pie ***

  • 1 box
    spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 8 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    bacon, crumbled
  • 3
    scallions, chopped (both greens & whites)
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make *** mom's spagetti pie ***

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain pasta & rinse well with cold water.

    In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bacon, scallions, pepper & 3 Tbsp parmesan; whisk well. Add spaghetti; mix well.

    Grease a 9 or 10" skillet with 1 Tbsp butter. Transfer spaghetti mixture to skillet, spread evenly. Dot with remaining butter & sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. Bake 25 - 30 minutes until center is set & top is golden. Let cook 10 minutes.
