Ingredients
- 1 box spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup bacon, crumbled
- 3 - scallions, chopped (both greens & whites)
- - pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make *** mom's spagetti pie ***

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain pasta & rinse well with cold water.

Step 3In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bacon, scallions, pepper & 3 Tbsp parmesan; whisk well. Add spaghetti; mix well.

Step 4Grease a 9 or 10" skillet with 1 Tbsp butter. Transfer spaghetti mixture to skillet, spread evenly. Dot with remaining butter & sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. Bake 25 - 30 minutes until center is set & top is golden. Let cook 10 minutes.
