unbaked pie crust for a 9 inch pie
crushed pineapple with juice

pure vanilla extract
How to Make Mom's Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie
1Stir together ingredients for pineapple filling in saucepan. Bring to a boil & cook, stirring constantly, until thick & clear. Cool
2Beat cream cheese, sugar & salt until smooth & creamy. Add eggs, milk & vanilla & mix well.
3Spread cooled pineapple mixture in bottom of pie shell. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of pineapple.
4Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 325 & bake for another 50 minutes.
