Mom's Pecan Pie
How to Make Mom's Pecan Pie
- 1Preheat oven at 350 F.
- 2Beat eggs well in a medium mixing bowl.
- 3Add flour, salt and sugar and mix well.
- 4Add remaining ingredients in order given.
- 5Pour into uncooked 9" pie shell. DO NOT PRICK PIE CRUST.
- 6Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
- 7Reduce heat to 300F and bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until pie is firm in the middle.
