Mom's Pecan Pie
How to Make Mom's Pecan Pie
- Preheat oven at 350 F.
- Beat eggs well in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add flour, salt and sugar and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients in order given.
- Pour into uncooked 9" pie shell. DO NOT PRICK PIE CRUST.
- Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 300F and bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until pie is firm in the middle.
