mom's favorite (sping) rhubarb pie
This was my mother's favorite spring pie she made it every year until she had to go to the nursing home then I made it for her. I still make it even though she's not with us anymore.

Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/4 stick butter, cold
How To Make mom's favorite (sping) rhubarb pie

Step 1Put rhubarb in bowl cover with boiling water let stand 10 minutes, drain. Put in pie shell.

Step 2Put flour, sugar, and eggs in a bowl mix well.pour over drained rhubarb.

Step 3Mix flour, brown sugar,oatmeal, and butter.with cutter cut butter into flour, sugar,and oatmeal.

Step 4Spead over rhubarb mixture in pie shell Bake at 350 degrees for 1hour or until butter knife comes out clean.
