This is my moms recipe for an easy to make peach pie w/ fresh, ripe peaches. Serve w/ whipped cream, or a scoop of ice cream. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 5 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package pillsbury folded refrigerated pie crust
How To Make moms easy delicious peach pie

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Unfold 1 pie crust into bottom of pan.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine all other ingredients. Spoon mix into pie crust. Place remaining crust on lightly floured surface. Cut 15-1" circles from center of crust. Leave a 1" border at edges

Step 3Place circles over pie filling. Place any remaining crust over filling. Pinch edges together and flute. Place foil over edges of pie so it won't cook too quickly. Bake 35-40 min, removing foil the last 10 mins of bake time. Pie should be bubbly w/ a light brown crust.
