Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 oz. boxes refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 -12 oz. jar beef gravy
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, your choice
  • 1 - 4.5 oz jars sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound cooked roast beef, cubed

How To Make *** mom's easy beef pot pie ***

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 dergees F.
  • Step 2
    9" pie plate, place 1 sheet pie crust.
  • Step 3
    Saucepan = gravy & cornstarch, blend. Add frozen vegetables, mushrooms & worcestershire sauce & mix well.
  • Step 4
    Stir in roast beef. Pour into crust. Place 2nd sheet pie crust. Cut slits & bake 30 - 45 minutes. Place foil over edges last 15 minutes.
