    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla flavoring

    graham cracker pie crust

    any kind fruit filling (blueberry, cherry or strawberry)

How to Make Mom's Cheese Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Put the cheese mixture in pie crust. Put any kind of fruit filling on top of the cheesecake. Put in refrigerator until firm and chill.
  2. You can put any kind of fruit on top of the pie.
  3. Variations: You can use blueberry, cherry, or strawberry filling on top of the cheese cake.
