I love my mom's cheese cake and I watched her how to make it and it is so easy to fix it. They are so delicious and sweet. I love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust
  • - any kind fruit filling (blueberry, cherry or strawberry)

How To Make mom's cheese cake

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients until smooth. Put the cheese mixture in pie crust. Put any kind of fruit filling on top of the cheesecake. Put in refrigerator until firm and chill.
  • Step 2
    You can put any kind of fruit on top of the pie.
  • Step 3
    Variations: You can use blueberry, cherry, or strawberry filling on top of the cheese cake.
