How to Make Mom's Cheese Cake
- Mix all ingredients until smooth. Put the cheese mixture in pie crust. Put any kind of fruit filling on top of the cheesecake. Put in refrigerator until firm and chill.
- You can put any kind of fruit on top of the pie.
- Variations: You can use blueberry, cherry, or strawberry filling on top of the cheese cake.
