Ingredients
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
- 2 large eggs
- 1 - 15 oz. - ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 2 tablespoons parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 3In large bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, 3/4 C parm-reg; mix well. Add pasta to mixture.

Step 4Grease 9" pie plate. Put mixture in pie plate, top with marinara sauce, sprinkle mozzarella & remaining parm-reg. Bake 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
