Ingredients For *** mom's baked spaggetti pie ***

  • 1/2 lb
    spaghetti
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 - 15 oz.
    ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1 c
    marinara sauce
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make *** mom's baked spaggetti pie ***

    Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In large bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, 3/4 C parm-reg; mix well. Add pasta to mixture.

    Grease 9" pie plate. Put mixture in pie plate, top with marinara sauce, sprinkle mozzarella & remaining parm-reg. Bake 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
