My mom's recipe for pecan pie. It's not the usual Karo syrup pie. This one is unbeleivably buttery and delicious. One peice will never be enough.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pound light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 3 - large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup halved or coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 - deep dish unbaked pie crust

How To Make momma kay's pecan praline pie

  • Step 1
    Mix flour and sugar together, add milk and eggs and beat well.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter; set aside to cool.
  • Step 3
    Stir in vanilla ,vinegar, butter and nuts, mix well.
  • Step 4
    Pour into pie crust.
  • Step 5
    Place in a cold oven and bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
