My mom's recipe for pecan pie. It's not the usual Karo syrup pie. This one is unbeleivably buttery and delicious. One peice will never be enough.

  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 lb
    light brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
  • 3
    large eggs
  • 2 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    halved or coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1
    deep dish unbaked pie crust

How to Make Momma Kay's Pecan Praline Pie


  1. Mix flour and sugar together, add milk and eggs and beat well.
  2. Melt butter; set aside to cool.
  3. Stir in vanilla ,vinegar, butter and nuts, mix well.
  4. Pour into pie crust.
  5. Place in a cold oven and bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
