My Mom made this many times when I was growing up, for both holiday family events and church functions. It's still one of my favorites and so easy to make! I could eat the filling right out of the blender. Ha!

How to Make Mom-Mom's No-Bake Cherry Cheese Pie/Tarts

  1. In a blender, combine the first 3 ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Refrain from eating the filling right out of the blender. ;)
  3. Pour/spoon filling into pie (or tart) crust(s).
  4. Save clear top from pie crust package. Flipped over, it makes a great lid when you chill it in the fridge.
  5. Chill 20 minutes in the freezer.
  6. Top with pie filling.
  7. Place clear lid over top and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
