mom-mom's no-bake cherry cheese pie/tarts
My Mom made this many times when I was growing up, for both holiday family events and church functions. It's still one of my favorites and so easy to make! I could eat the filling right out of the blender. Ha!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese (make sure it's 'whipped')
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened, condensed milk
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust (or 1 doz. graham cracker tart shells)
- 1 can cherry pie filling (or strawberry works nice too)

Step 1In a blender, combine the first 3 ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Step 2Refrain from eating the filling right out of the blender. ;)

Step 3Pour/spoon filling into pie (or tart) crust(s).

Step 4Save clear top from pie crust package. Flipped over, it makes a great lid when you chill it in the fridge.

Step 5Chill 20 minutes in the freezer.

Step 6Top with pie filling.

Step 7Place clear lid over top and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
