Delicious, easy dessert! Only the crust has to be cooked.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2ND LAYER
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3RD LAYER
  • 2 packages instant chocolate puding mix
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 cups milk
  • OPTIONAL:
  • - chocolate curls made from a hershey bar

How To Make mississippi mud pie

  • Step 1
    BOTTOM LAYER: Mix flour, butter and chopped pecans. Press into 9x13 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool completly before adding next layer.
  • Step 2
    2nd LAYER: Mix cram cheese, Cool Whip, vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled bottom layer.
  • Step 3
    3rd LAYER: Combine pudding mixes and milk until smooth. Pour over second layer.
  • Step 4
    Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate chocolate curls on top. Chill before serving
