Delicious, easy dessert! Only the crust has to be cooked.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2ND LAYER

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    cool whip
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3RD LAYER

  • 2 pkg
    instant chocolate puding mix
  • 1 pkg
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 c
    milk
  • OPTIONAL:

  • ·
    chocolate curls made from a hershey bar

How to Make Mississippi Mud Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. BOTTOM LAYER: Mix flour, butter and chopped pecans. Press into 9x13 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool completly before adding next layer.
  2. 2nd LAYER: Mix cram cheese, Cool Whip, vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled bottom layer.
  3. 3rd LAYER: Combine pudding mixes and milk until smooth. Pour over second layer.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate chocolate curls on top. Chill before serving
