This was a recipe that was my mom's that she either got from a friend or out of a cookbook. This custard-like pie forms its own crust and the coconut will rise to the top. It is so easy, all the ingredients go into a blender. Instead of just making pudding for the kids when I had excess milk on hand and wanted to use it up before it expired, I would sometimes make this.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make miracle pie

Step 1Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend well at low speed.

Step 2Pour into a 10" buttered pie pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

Step 4A crust will form on the bottom, a filling in the middle and the coconut will rise to the top.
