Ingredients

    whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    confectioners sugar
  • 2 c
    cold milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    peppermint extract
  • 5 or 6
    drops green food coloring, optional
  • 2 pkg
    3.4oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 c
    mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1
    9inche pastry shell, baked & cooled

How to Make Mint Chocolate Chip Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat your cream and sugar until soft peaks form. In a large mixing bowl, mix you milk, extract and food coloring.
  2. Add pudding mixes; beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in the cream mixture and the mini chips. Pour into cooled baked pastry shell. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. 6-8 servings
