whipping cream

confectioners sugar

peppermint extract

drops green food coloring, optional

3.4oz. instant vanilla pudding mix

mini dark chocolate chips

9inche pastry shell, baked & cooled

How to Make Mint Chocolate Chip Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a small mixing bowl, beat your cream and sugar until soft peaks form. In a large mixing bowl, mix you milk, extract and food coloring.
  • 2Add pudding mixes; beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in the cream mixture and the mini chips. Pour into cooled baked pastry shell. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. 6-8 servings
