Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2+1/8 cup oil or crisco
- 1 - egg beaten
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar

Step 1Mix flour and salt

Step 2Cut in shortening.Can use 2 knives with crisscross strokes

Step 3Combine rest of ingredients and let sit for 1 minute.Make into a ball.

Step 4Divide pastry in half. Roll pastry into a circle 2 inches larger than upside down pie plate.

Step 5Fold pastry into fourths;place in pie plate and unfold and ease into plate pressing firmlu against bottom and side.
