Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- small - sour cream
- jar strawberry preserves
How To Make mini tarts (strawberry)

Step 1Mix the first three ingredients together then chill. This is the crust for the tarts. When ready to proceed remove from frig. and make into balls that will fit in the tart baking pan. You can press into with thumb or use available tools for this.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350.

Step 3Mix the next 4 ingedients and fill the tart shells. (1/2 to 2/3 full).

Step 4Bake for 10-15 mins until brown. These will puff. Allow to cool. Dabb sour cream on the top and then your strawberry preserves. Serve
