Ingredients
- PASTRY FOR DOUBLE CRUST PIE
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 6-7 tablespoons ice water
- FILLING
- 2 cups your favorite pie filling (fresh or canned)
How To Make mini sugar free apple pie

Step 1In a small bowl, combine the flour and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles course crumbs. Gradually add the water, tossing with a fork until a ball forms. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to handle.
