Now who doesn't love pecan pies. These little dolls will dare you to try and eat just one.

  • 8 Tbsp
    butter (1 stick)
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • ·
    dash of salt
  • 2/3 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Mini Pecan Pies


  1. Preheat oven to 325. Soften cheese and butter and blend well. Stir in flour. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into twenty four 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins. Press down to form crust.
  2. Filling Instructions:

    Beat egg,sugar,butter,vanilla, and salt until smooth. Divide half the nuts among pastry cups. Add egg mixture. Top with remaining nuts. Bake for 25 minutes or until filling hardens.
