Now who doesn't love pecan pies. These little dolls will dare you to try and eat just one.

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
  • FILLING
  • 1 - egg
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - dash of salt
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans

How To Make mini pecan pies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325. Soften cheese and butter and blend well. Stir in flour. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into twenty four 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins. Press down to form crust.
  • Step 2
    Filling Instructions: Beat egg,sugar,butter,vanilla, and salt until smooth. Divide half the nuts among pastry cups. Add egg mixture. Top with remaining nuts. Bake for 25 minutes or until filling hardens.
