Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- FILLING
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - dash of salt
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
How To Make mini pecan pies

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Soften cheese and butter and blend well. Stir in flour. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into twenty four 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins. Press down to form crust.

Step 2Filling Instructions: Beat egg,sugar,butter,vanilla, and salt until smooth. Divide half the nuts among pastry cups. Add egg mixture. Top with remaining nuts. Bake for 25 minutes or until filling hardens.
