Now who doesn't love pecan pies. These little dolls will dare you to try and eat just one.

Ingredients

8 Tbsp
butter (1 stick)
1 c
all purpose flour
1 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature

FILLING

1
egg
3/4 c
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
butter, room temperature
1 tsp
vanilla extract
dash of salt
2/3 c
chopped pecans

How to Make Mini Pecan Pies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 325. Soften cheese and butter and blend well. Stir in flour. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into twenty four 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins. Press down to form crust.
  • 2Filling Instructions:

    Beat egg,sugar,butter,vanilla, and salt until smooth. Divide half the nuts among pastry cups. Add egg mixture. Top with remaining nuts. Bake for 25 minutes or until filling hardens.
