Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 - eggs
- 2/3 cup butter, room temperature
How To Make mini pecan pie muffins

Step 1Mix brown sugar, pecans and flour. Mix together eggs and butter, then add this mixture to first mixture, mix until just blended. drop by spoonfuls in mini-muffin pan (lined with mini papers) Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes
