  • - pastry for four bottom crusts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed walnuts

How To Make mini maple walnut pies

  • Step 1
    Preheat mini pie maker,(or regular oven to 400 degrees)In a bowl combine brown sugar,egg,maple syrup, butter and vanilla.Add walnuts and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Line mini pie maker or muffin tins with pie crust. Use a spoon to divide filling evenly among pies. Bake in mini pie maker for 8-10 minutes or preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes,or until crust is golden and filling is set.
