    pastry for four bottom crusts
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 large
    egg (lightly beaten)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    crushed walnuts

How to Make Mini Maple Walnut Pies


  1. Preheat mini pie maker,(or regular oven to 400 degrees)In a bowl combine brown sugar,egg,maple syrup,
    butter and vanilla.Add walnuts and mix well.
  2. Line mini pie maker or muffin tins with pie crust.
    Use a spoon to divide filling evenly among pies.
    Bake in mini pie maker for 8-10 minutes or preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes,or until crust is golden and filling is set.
