Both my Mom and my husbands Mom made this pie. Maybe it is a PA recipe, I'm not sure. It is often made with the left over crust in a small pie pan. This one makes an 8"-9" pie.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - unbaked pie crust shell
How To Make milk pie

Step 1Mix sugar and flour together with fingers in the bottom of a raw pie shell.

Step 2Add milk. Mix with fingers again. Put cinnamon and a dot of butter on top.

Step 3350 for 20-30 minutes.
