Ingredients

  • ·
    vanilla wafer pie crust:
  • 1 1/3 c
    vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    butter,melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • ·
    strawberry filling:
  • 1 small
    box of strawberry jello
  • 1 small
    box of vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 small
    box of tapioca pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 pkg
    12-16oz. container of cool-whip
  • 1/2 qt
    fresh strawberries, cut up

How to Make Mile-High Strawberry Fluff Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. CRUST: Preheat oven to 350* Mix vanilla wafer crumbs with butter and sugar until thoroughly blended. Press firmly over the bottom and up side of a 10" pie plate, to form crust. Bake for 8 min. let cool....
  2. FILLING: Mix the contents of the 3 boxes with 2 cups of water, bring to a boil for 1 minute... let cool.. preferably overnight if you can... but chill well!
  3. Mix the cool-whip with the pudding mixture, and fold in the fresh strawberries.. Spoon into pie shell, or graham cracker crust... CHILL!! Enjoy!
