Ingredients

  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 box chocolate chunk fudge brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 - egg
  • 18 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powered sugar
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mini chips semi sweet chocolate

How To Make mile high peanut butter brownie pie

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven 350
  • Step 2
    Stir: Brownie mix, Peanut butter chips, oil, water, and egg. (50 strokes w/ spoon)
  • Step 3
    Pour batter into pie
  • Step 4
    Bake 30-40 minutes covering edges w/ strip of foil for 15-20 minutes after crust is brown till brownie is set
  • Step 5
    Cool Completely
  • Step 6
    Topping: Beat: Cream Cheese, peanut butter and Powered sugar until smooth
  • Step 7
    Fold in whip topping
  • Step 8
    Spread topping over brownie
  • Step 9
    Sprinkle w/ peanuts & chocolate chips
  • Step 10
    Refrigerate 30 Min before serving.
