Ingredients

  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 box
    chocolate chunk fudge brownie mix
  • 1/4 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    water
  • 1
    egg
  • 18 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c
    powered sugar
  • 8 oz
    frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    mini chips semi sweet chocolate

How to Make Mile High Peanut Butter Brownie Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven 350
  2. Stir: Brownie mix, Peanut butter chips, oil, water, and egg. (50 strokes w/ spoon)
  3. Pour batter into pie
  4. Bake 30-40 minutes covering edges w/ strip of foil for 15-20 minutes after crust is brown till brownie is set
  5. Cool Completely
  6. Topping:
    Beat: Cream Cheese, peanut butter and Powered sugar until smooth
  7. Fold in whip topping
  8. Spread topping over brownie
  9. Sprinkle w/ peanuts & chocolate chips
  10. Refrigerate 30 Min before serving.
