Microwave Jamocha Pecan pie
A easy Microwave pie suitable for thanksgiving. Yet, quick, easy and no heat from the stove makes this recipe perfect for hot summer fun. Or even that quick coffee and pie breakfast that my dad like many retiree's are so fond of.
How to Make Microwave Jamocha Pecan pie
- 1put water in a microwave safe bowl with instant coffee, chocolate and butter. microwave 1 minute and check yto see if melted if not mic 15 seconds stir and repeat until all in melted.
- 2add eggs, corn syrup and sugar and beat well. pour in nuts and fold mix together and pour into a pie crust in a glass pie plate. Mic 1/2 power for 10-12 minutes. Check for doness, cool and serve.
