My sweet Pastor's wife, Judy Richardson, shared this recipe with me several years ago while I was preparing a church cookbook for publication. This is by far the best chocolate pie I have ever tasted and the easiest to prepare. Hope you like it.

cocoa powder unsweetened
1/4 c

water
1/4 c

evaporated milk
2 lg

egg yolks
1 Tbsp

real butter
1 tsp

vanilla

How To Make microwave chocolate pie

Mix first 7 ingredients in a large glass bowl Cook in microwave, stirring every 2 minutes with a wire whisk until thickene Add vanilla and butter and stir until melted Pour into baked pie shell. May use meringue to top or whipped cream which is much better in my humble opinion
