How To Make meringue

Step 1Using a high speed mixer, beat egg whites and sugar, add tiny amouts of cream of tarter while blending, total amount about a pinch. It should form soft peaks when finished.

Step 2This recipe is sort of hard to do correctly at first and will require some experimenting with mixing speeds and amount of cream of tarter.
