Masha's Pecan Pie
How to Make Masha's Pecan Pie
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla and bourbon in a large bowl until well blended.
Stir in pecans and chocolate.
Pour into 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie crust
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted half way between the center and the edge comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
- Makes up to 8 servings but with pecan and chocolate lovers around we have seen far less than this number though!
