This is an unusual pecan pie, but for pecan and chocolate lovers its a dream come true!! Pure heaven!!! This pie will disappear way too quickly!

Ingredients For masha's pecan pie

  • 3 lg
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    karo dark corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    kentucky bourbon
  • 1 1/4 c
    semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips or 4 oz chocolate bar
  • 2 1/2 c

How To Make masha's pecan pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla and bourbon in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in pecans and chocolate. Pour into 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie crust

    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted half way between the center and the edge comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
