How to Make Mary’s Coconut Pie
- 1Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
- 2. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Check often.
- 3Remove from oven when pie is lightly brown and center is firm. Cool before serving. Garnish with whipped cream. Makes 1 pie
