My Mother (Marmie to the grandchildren)used to make this wonderful Peach Pie every summer.

Ingredients
- 5-6 - fresh peaches, cut into clices
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 package lemon jell-o
- 1 - regular pie shell, baked according to pkg. instructions.
How To Make marmie's peach pie

Step 1In a saucepan, mix cornstarch and sugar together, add water and cook over low to medium heat until stiff. Remove from heat. Add Jell-O and peaches, stir until peaches are coated. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill for at least one hour. May top with whipped cream if desired. This makes one pie. Enjoy!
