Ingredients
- 1 - single pie crust, preferably homemade, fitted into a 9"pie plate and left unbaked
- 2 - large eggs
- 1 - 15 oz can pure pumpkin puree
- 1 - cup heavy cream
- 1/2 - cup good pure maple syrup
- 3/4 - tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 - tsp gound ginger
- 1/2 - tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 - tsp gound cloves
- - whipped cream, for serving
How To Make maple pumpkin pie

Step 1Set oven rack to the lowest position and heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Place the pie plate on a foil-lined baking sheet

Step 3Roll out pie dough to fit into 9" pan

Step 4In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, cream, maple syrup and spices

Step 5Pour mixture into the unbaked crust and bake until the center is set, approximately 60-70 minutes
