Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg and allspice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 9 inch pie crust
How To Make maple pumpkin and sweet potato pie

Step 1Roast the sweet potato on a baking sheet lined with foil at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Once cool enough to handle, peel and puree the roasted potato in a food processor.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the potato puree, pumpkin puree, cream, brown sugar, eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and vanilla and mix well. Place the pie dough into a 9 inch pie tin. Transfer the sweet potato-pumpkin mixture to the crust and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 2 hours.
