9 inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 c
light brown sugar, packed
1 c
maple syrup
3
eggs
2 Tbsp
melted butter
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/4 c
chopped pecans

How to Make Maple Pecan Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack at lowest position.
  • 2Beat eggs and add maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter and vanilla.
  • 3Blend well and stir in pecans.
  • 4Pour into pie shell.
  • 5Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and the filling is set. After first 15-20 minutes of baking, use pie shield to protect crust if it gets too brown. Cool.
