2, 2 crust pies or 4 shells
water when added to egg and vinegar to measure 1 cup total
1Cut shortening into flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until crumbly and about the size of a pea. Pour water, vinegar and egg into mixture. Mix. chill and let rest before rolling out for pie crusts.
2Brush top of crust with 1 egg and 2 T of water whipped with fork.
3Bake at 420* for 30 minutes. or time for pie to cook. shells bake about 10 minutes, watch. xoxo
