Make Ahead Caramel Cream Pie
1combine brown sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan.
2in a bowl, combine beaten eggs and milk. add to dry ingredients and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
3remove from heat and add butter and vanilla, beating until smooth. let cool.
4beat whipping cream until peaks form.
5stir 2/3 of whipped cream into cooked mixture.
6spread remaining cream over pie. sprinkle crushed heath bar over top and refrigerate for 24 hours.
