Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- FILLING
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh...2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 3 large egg yolks, reserve whites
- MERINGUE
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup sugar
How To Make magic lemon meringue pie

Step 1CRUST: Mix together all crust ingredients until combined. Press into a 9" pie plate.

Step 2FILLING: mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.

Step 3MERINGUE: Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in the sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie and seal to the edges.

Step 4Bake fifteen to twenty minutes at 325 degrees. Chill 2 hours before serving.
