Ingredients
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup margerine, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can (no. 2 can) sour cherries
How To Make magic cherry pie

Step 1Drain juice from cherries into measuring cup. Add enough water to fill cup. Place into sauce pan and heat.

Step 2Sift flour, salt, baking powder and 3/4 cup sugar into mixing bowl.; add milk and margerine. Mix lightly until smooth.

Step 3Pour batter into greased 2 quart casserole. Drop drained cherries over it; sprinkly 1/2 cup sugar over them. Pour boiling cherry juice over all and bake at 350 about 1 hour. Crust will be on top.
