2 1/2 cmilk, skim

1 pkgwhipped topping mix (dry)

1 pkgfat free sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix

1 tspbanana extract
-
4 sheetsreduced fat graham crackers, crushed (about 1/2 c)

2 Tbspbutter, melted
-
1/4 csugar free hot fudge topping, melted

1 lgbanana
-
8 wholestrawberries, fresh

How To Make light banana split cream pie

1On medium high speed, beat 2 C milk, 1 env. topping mix, pudding & extract until thickened. Cover chill 1 hour.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

3Coat 9" pie pan with cooking spray. Mix graham cracker crumbs & butter. Press into bottom & up sides of pan. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack 30 minutes.

4On medium high speed, beat remaining env. topping mix & milk until fluffy; chill.

5Drizzle fudge over bottom; lightly spread with back of spoon.

6Evenly spread 1/2 of pudding over fudge in crust.

7Cut 1/2 banana & 3 strawberries into 1/4" thick slices; layer over pudding.

8Spread with remaining pudding.

9Spread with whipped topping. Chill until set, 1 hour.

10Slice remaining banana. Garnish with banana slices & remaining whole strawberries. Garnish with chocolate curls.
