Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups milk, skim
  • 1 package whipped topping mix (dry)
  • 1 package fat free sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon banana extract
  • 4 sheets - reduced fat graham crackers, crushed (about 1/2 c)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar free hot fudge topping, melted
  • 1 large banana
  • 8 whole - strawberries, fresh
  • - chocolate curls

How To Make light banana split cream pie

  • Step 1
    On medium high speed, beat 2 C milk, 1 env. topping mix, pudding & extract until thickened. Cover chill 1 hour.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 3
    Coat 9" pie pan with cooking spray. Mix graham cracker crumbs & butter. Press into bottom & up sides of pan. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    On medium high speed, beat remaining env. topping mix & milk until fluffy; chill.
  • Step 5
    Drizzle fudge over bottom; lightly spread with back of spoon.
  • Step 6
    Evenly spread 1/2 of pudding over fudge in crust.
  • Step 7
    Cut 1/2 banana & 3 strawberries into 1/4" thick slices; layer over pudding.
  • Step 8
    Spread with remaining pudding.
  • Step 9
    Spread with whipped topping. Chill until set, 1 hour.
  • Step 10
    Slice remaining banana. Garnish with banana slices & remaining whole strawberries. Garnish with chocolate curls.
