This is my aunt Shirleys recipe that she makes every year and I finally got the recipe, yee-hah!!

Ingredients

  • 1
    unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 1 c
    pecan halves
  • 6 oz
    semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    caramel topping
  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    light sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 large
    eggs

How to Make Let us give thanks layered pecan pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Place pie shell in pan. Sprinkle bottom of pie shell w/ pecan halves.
  2. Sprinkle chocolate chips over pecans. Drizzle caramel topping over chocolate chips. In bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, beat until combined. Pour mix over contents in pie shell. Bake 45 mins, or until center is set.
