Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 boxes lemon instant pudding (3.4 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz.ea.), softened
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 can frozen lemon concnetrate (12 oz.), thawed
- 1 small frozen whipped topping, thawed
How To Make lemonade pie

Step 1Whisk together evaporated milk and next 2 ingredients in a bowl 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened.

Step 2Beat softened cream cheese and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add lemonade concentrate, beating until smooth. Add milk mixture and beat until blended. Pour mixture into crust.

Step 3Cover and chill 8 hours or until firm. Dollop each slice with whipped topping. Garnish with lemon zest or crushed lemon drops if desired.
