sweetened condensed milk
fresh lemon juice(or to taste)
graham cracker tart shells or a regular pie shell
1Pour s.c. milk into a bowl, making sure to use a spatula to get it all out of the cans.
2Stir in as much or as little of the lemon juice to your taste. I like it very tart.
3Pour the mix into the tart shells or into the pie shell. Eat it right away, or put it in the fridge to make it more firm.
4Can top with whipped cream to cut some of the sweetness if need be.
