sugar
9 inch pie shell (unbaked)
graham cracker crumbs

How to Make Lemon Sponge Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix pie filling, milk, butter, and beaten egg yolks.
  • 2Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar until stiff but not dry.
  • 3Fold into the pie mixture. Pour into Pastry shell.
  • 4Cover with graham cracker crumbs and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
