  • 1 can lucky leaf lemon pie filling
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 - egg yolks beaten
  • 2 - egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • - 9 inch pie shell (unbaked)
  • - graham cracker crumbs

How To Make lemon sponge pie

  • Step 1
    Mix pie filling, milk, butter, and beaten egg yolks.
  • Step 2
    Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar until stiff but not dry.
  • Step 3
    Fold into the pie mixture. Pour into Pastry shell.
  • Step 4
    Cover with graham cracker crumbs and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
