- 2 - lemons, squeezed
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 - eggs, separated
- 2 cups milk
How To Make lemon sponge pie

Step 1Cream butter and sugar, add lemon juice, egg yolks and flour.

Step 2Then add milk and well beaten egg yolks. Pour into 2-8 inch pie shells.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
