this is a great pie that's quick and easy to make and it tastes great too

Ingredients

  • 2 - lemons, squeezed
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 - eggs, separated
  • 2 cups milk

How To Make lemon sponge pie

  • Step 1
    Cream butter and sugar, add lemon juice, egg yolks and flour.
  • Step 2
    Then add milk and well beaten egg yolks. Pour into 2-8 inch pie shells.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
