I n a blender add sugar,eggs.butter ,1 lemon cut the ends off lemon, cut into medium chunks skin and all, and put all in blender and blend untill smooth,about 1 minute if that. pour into a unbaked pie shell(I use a store baught) bake 350 for 1 hour,cool .I put cool whip top.
