Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, separated
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar divided in half
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
- 14 - vanilla wafers- optional
How To Make lemon meringue pie

Step 1By hand. Mix yolks, 1/4 c. sugar, lemon juice and condensed milk until smooth. Pour into pie crust & line outside with vanilla wafers.

Step 2Beat egg whites and add sugar slowly until stiff peaks form.

Step 3Pour onto pie and make sure to go all the way to the edges. (sealing the filling in)

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is golden brown. Remove from stove and let cool completely before slicing.
