1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c
sugar divided in half
1/2 c
lemon juice

graham cracker pie crust

vanilla wafers- optional

How to Make Lemon Meringue Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1By hand. Mix yolks, 1/4 c. sugar, lemon juice and condensed milk until smooth.
    Pour into pie crust & line outside with vanilla wafers.
  • 2Beat egg whites and add sugar slowly until stiff peaks form.
  • 3Pour onto pie and make sure to go all the way to the edges. (sealing the filling in)
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is golden brown. Remove from stove and let cool completely before slicing.
