My mom used to make this for me when I was younger. It is sooo delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon peel
  • - juice from two lemons
  • 1 can of sweetened condense milk
  • - 1 grahm cracker crust

How To Make lemon icebox pie

  • Step 1
    cream the cream cheese with mixer. Beat in lemon juice along with the lemon peel. Stir in the condense milk until smooth. Pour into grahm cracker crust. Refridgerate for 2 hours. You can also serve it with whipped topping.
