Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 3 - egg yolks, reserve whites
- 1 can condensed milk
- 8 ounces coolwhip
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make lemon ice box pie

Step 1Separate eggs and whip yolks

Step 2add condensed milk. Add lemon juice slowly and make sure to combine well (the lemon juice will cook the egg yolks)

Step 3Fold in cool whip and pour into graham cracker crust

Step 4Whip egg whites into meringue. Put meringue on top of pie.

Step 5Place pie into oven on low heat to brown the meringue. Let pie sit until cool and then place into the refrigerator.
