How to Make Lemon Ice Box Pie
- Separate eggs and whip yolks
- add condensed milk. Add lemon juice slowly and make sure to combine well (the lemon juice will cook the egg yolks)
- Fold in cool whip and pour into graham cracker crust
- Whip egg whites into meringue. Put meringue on top of pie.
- Place pie into oven on low heat to brown the meringue. Let pie sit until cool and then place into the refrigerator.
