How to Make Lemon Ice Box Pie
- 1Separate eggs and whip yolks
- 2add condensed milk. Add lemon juice slowly and make sure to combine well (the lemon juice will cook the egg yolks)
- 3Fold in cool whip and pour into graham cracker crust
- 4Whip egg whites into meringue. Put meringue on top of pie.
- 5Place pie into oven on low heat to brown the meringue. Let pie sit until cool and then place into the refrigerator.
