    graham cracker pie crust 4"
  • 2 box
    cream cheese, 8 oz pks
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk, 14 ozs
  • 2 large
    lemons, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon zest, grated

How to Make Lemon Ice Box Pie


  1. Beat cream cheese til fluffy
  2. Squeeze juice out of lemon and RESERVE lemon
  3. Grate lemon zest
  4. Add milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well
  5. Pour into crust refrigerate AT LEAST 3 hours, I leave it in there all day ( like til supper time)
