- 1 package graham cracker pie crust 4"
- 2 boxes cream cheese, 8 oz pks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 ozs
- 2 large lemons, fresh
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest, grated
How To Make lemon ice box pie

Step 1Beat cream cheese til fluffy

Step 2Squeeze juice out of lemon and RESERVE lemon

Step 3Grate lemon zest

Step 4Add milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well

Step 5Pour into crust refrigerate AT LEAST 3 hours, I leave it in there all day ( like til supper time)
