Ingredients

  • 1 package graham cracker pie crust 4"
  • 2 boxes cream cheese, 8 oz pks
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 ozs
  • 2 large lemons, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest, grated

How To Make lemon ice box pie

  • Step 1
    Beat cream cheese til fluffy
  • Step 2
    Squeeze juice out of lemon and RESERVE lemon
  • Step 3
    Grate lemon zest
  • Step 4
    Add milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well
  • Step 5
    Pour into crust refrigerate AT LEAST 3 hours, I leave it in there all day ( like til supper time)
