Ingredients

·1 can sweetned condensed milk

·1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

·1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh is best

·2 eggs, separated

·1 baked pie shell
How to Make Lemon Fluff Blueberry Pie
- Wash and drain berries. If they have been frozen, spread on paper towel to dry. Using wire whisk, beat condensed milk, add lemon juice and beat again. Add egg yolks and mix well. Set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into other mixture. Gently stir in berries. Pour into baked shell and run under broiler until top is browned. Refrigerate
