Very similiar to the key lime pie but lemony goodness instead : )

Ingredients

  • ·
    2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • ·
    4 egg yolks beaten
  • ·
    1 cup lemon juice (i use fresh squeezed but you can use the canned)
  • ·
    1 graham cracker crust
  • ·
    whipped topping to garnish (add by the slice, not directly to the pie unless serving entire pie immediately)

How to Make Lemon Dream Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
  2. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely and then refrigerate. Serve with a healthy dollop of cool whip or whipped cream on top
