- 4 eggs
- 2 lemons
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 t. cornmeal
- 3 t butter
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c coconut
- 1 unbaked pie shell

How To Make lemon dream delight pie

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

To well beaten eggs, add lemon juice, stir, add sugar, stir. Blend in cornmeal, melted butter, pecans, coconut and lemon zest.
Step 3

Pour filling into pie shell, bake at 400° for 5 min. lower heat to 350° & bake 50 min.
