Ingredients

1 whole large lemon, quartered and seeded
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 graham cracker pie crust

How To Make lemon custard pie

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 5-10 minutes. (I ALWAYS blend for 10 minutes)

Step 2

Pour into the graham cracker crust and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
Step 3

Chill and serve.
